Delivery times do not include bank holidays. Please expect orders placed over Christmas to be slightly delayed.

Delivery Charges

1-4 Day Delivery	Free - Mainland UK
2-4 Day Delivery	£25 ex VAT (£30 inc VAT) - N.Ireland / I.O Wight / Man / Scottish Highlands / Islands

Orders must be received and processed by 4pm to qualify for next day delivery. You shall be notified either by phone or e-mail should we encounter a problem when processing your order.

Orders received after 4pm will not be dispatched until the following day, thus the next day delivery becomes a 48-hour delivery so it’s essential to get your order in before 4pm.

Orders placed on Next Working Day delivery over the weekend (after 4pm on a Friday) will be dispatched on the following Monday & therefore will be delivered on the Tuesday.

Next Working Day* excludes remote areas of the UK, applicable post codes above (Delivery Service of 2-4 Working Days).

Goods are dispatched by post or by overnight courier (DPD, Royal Mail, UKMail, DHL, TNT Parcel Force, UPS and FedEx) within one or two working days of dispatch.

Products and Available Stock may be stored at more than one warehouse therefore you may receive your order in multiple consignments.

Techfident Limited accepts no responsibility where the Courier or Postal Service is at fault for delayed delivery once the goods have been dispatched.
